Unable to start new games in any mode

Hello,

I loaded up Halo 5 for the first time in a couple years today and I’ve been unable to start any new games. I’ve been able to load previous saved games and play from the save point, but the game will not allow me to start a new / multiplayer game - every time I’ve tried the loading bar reached about 3/4 full and then I get kicked out to the Home screen

I’d appreciate any suggestions that will get me playing again

Try clearing your cache (Blu-Ray settings) and hard resetting your console.
