Unable to sign into waypoint?

Every time I try to sign into waypoint on my computer, it refuses to load the page, so I can’t access any of my stats or custom challenges. There was an error along the lines of

“unable to process request.”

I am able to use the waypoint app on my phone, but it is very buggy and annoying.

Any way to fix this? Already tried clearing my cache, cookies, and history.

Ah, yes. The infamous sign-out bug. It’s a weird glitch in the system that the devs have not quite figured out the cause. Your best bet is to simply sign out when you’re done using Waypoint.

Crazybydefault is 100% correct. Waypoint has been especially buggy for me this week. It appears to be better some weeks and acts up others weeks. We are receiving an update before Halo 4 releases that will hopefully correct these bugs.

THEscourse, can you tell me what issues exactly you’ve been encountering this week?

i had that glitch a couple days ago everytime i switched tabs on google chrome. all good now

Although I’m not THEscourse, I’ve been having an issue myself that only started popping up around Wednesday last week.

The forum page begins to load but no text loads at all for about 2-3 minutes.

It happens randomly but when it happens, it will happen on every new tab I open.

I’m using Google Chrome on the most recent build.

EDIT: Most times when it happens, it fails to load the HaloWaypoint font and just uses a default font.

As you know, if you read on older post of this thread, theres the answer, but I reccomend you leave waypoint for a time and then come back, it sometimes fix it when i have it.
