I have been unable to sign into halowaypoint.com using a different Microsoft Account. When I enter the correct credentials, I am redirected to a screen that says “XBOX LIVE ACCOUNT ERROR” and prompts me to either log out and sign back in (which doesn’t work for me), or change settings at xbox.com. I’m not sure what settings to change in xbox.com and do not have an Xbox console at the moment. Does anyone know a fix for this issue?
it’s a known issue right now due to the volume of users trying to access the site, it will be resolved soon
This has been going on for about 3 weeks now. Is that normal?
