Hey, Looked up this issue and couldn’t find a fix for my problem.
Just bought MCC on steam, installed fine, verified files and whatnot, However when i reach the main menu i am prompted to sign into my Xbox live account and every time i enter it, “Error occurred while signing into Xbox Live”.
I have tried two different Xbox live accounts, same problem and i cannot progress further than this, no access to Offline campaign.
Uninstalled and reinstalled didn’t work also.

Did you ask Xbox support or anything, see if it’s an issue with Xbox Live or with the accounts?
Are you signed in on the Xbox companion app? It may be worth trying to log into your account on that, if you haven’t already.
There was problem in the morning about login Issues Halo Support said something about it on twitter not sure if they have fixed it yet.
Issue was fixed, seem to be just an issue with Xbox Live sign in’s that day, should be all good now!
