i just had a conversation with xbox support request number 1405925279 and they just referred me to you. i entered the promotionnal code in my halo5 controller box and it doesnt appear anywhere in the game
Same with the halo channel req pack both are under my game in game management

To check your Requistions for Halo 5, go to the top of the page and click on Games > Halo 5: Guardians > Requistions

At the very least, I think the items were added to your account; you just don’t know what you got specifically.

Yeah same thing happened to me with 4 different req packs. If you google it its been a problem for like 2 years with no fix and no word from 343
How can i reach 343 ? No suppprt outside the forums ?
