Unable to save email settings

I’ve tried to save my settings after checking the box for receiving special news etc., but always get the message that “something has gone wrong on our end.” Any way to resolve this?

Can you try again and let me know if this is still happening for you? I was able to opt out successfully just now, but if it’s still broken for you let me know for how long you’ve been experiencing this, and which OS/browsers you’re seeing the problem on. Thanks!

Still not able to save my settings. I have been trying to opt in because I didn’t realize I hadn’t checked that box. This happens in Safari on iOS and Chrome/Opera on Windows. It’s been happening for at least a couple of months, although I have tried to opt in fewer than 5 times in that time period.

Correction: Opera/Chrome lol. Made the switch to Opera last year and haven’t looked back.

Just tried in Chrome, Opera and MS Edge on my Surface and it seems to be working for me now :slight_smile:

Still getting the same error page here :-/

It’s not working for me either been trying for a few days with no luck recently changed my email for everything so need to update it again but unable.

I gave it a shot a couple minutes ago and my settings saved. However, I noticed while saving the news settings that I have not been receiving any notifications in my email. I have my frequency set to “Hourly” and yet I receive no emails.

Thanks for confirming, the settings should save as of Monday but we also noticed that the emails are down while investigating this. We’ll do our best to take a look at that soon, in the meantime I think most folks are relying on notifications to fill that role. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Any update on this yet?

I have the same problem, I do not receive verification emails!
