Just got on the Valentine’s weekend team doubles playlist. My friend and I kept getting this error message saying unable to retrieve stats at this time. Note, we only received this message after finishing won games. We lost one game and our stats were counted for that particular game…but not the wins… If anyone else is having these issues as well please discuss them as well. Really disappointed in 343 for not fixing this issue before hand. I also lost my boosts and received no xp for those specific games that we won. (EDIT) The stats were apparently recorded, but never showed up in game for me…weird. I checked my online service record on my profile page and they were there.
I’ve seen something similar but don’t think it’s specific to wins in my case. When it happens I see generic nameplates for other players when the game is loading (a red icon) and after the game it never loads stats. I also can’t back out so it forces me into another game- where no stats are loaded again. My req’s are all missing whe this happens, too. I’ve found that dropping to the dashboard and force quitting H5 fixes it. Bummer…
