Unable to retrieve match data. For five games now on warzone and arena I have received this issue basicly no point in playing be cause I do not receive any rewards or xp
Same issue, I won 2 warzones in a row and both did not count because it was unable to retrieve match data.
I have also had the same issue multiple times now.
Do we know if the points get lost completely? Cause theres been countless games that this occurs to me and then in a few games I look and seem to have a couple req packs to open, some promotion based and some commendation based. So it might be holding the info and then updating in waves.
not only am i not receiving the data after any of my matches, i also just played 8 matches of swat and it still says i need to play 10 to qualify for a rank.
none of my matches are able to retrieve the data afterwards.
This is happening every other time i win a match. Needs fixed. How do you expect anyone to rank up
This came up recently for me on about 8 of my total matches. It doesn’t happen all the time, but it does bug me. I haven’t noticed it making ‘no change’ to my rank, in fact, when I win, I go up, but I’m not seeing it IMMEDIATELY after the game. I see it on the next match that retrieves the data.

On waypoints it says I am ranking up but it doesn’t show it on the game. These jerk get paid a retarded amount of money and can’t fix this
I just got halo 5. Yesterday, I was playing and leveling up with no problem. Today, I am back at level one and not able to access anything I unlocked. What happened?!?!
