Unable to retrieve data

Hello,
Starting yesterday afternoon my level dropped to 1, and the Requisitions screen displays an error “Unable to Load Data”. I can see my service record, but my armor is set to default and when I try to change it I get a “Unable to retrieve data. Please ensure your privacy settings allow you to view content from other players.” message. Matchmaking works fine, but the post game report also displays the “Unable to retrieve data.” message. I’ve tried logging out of my account several times, but the only thing that changes is what color my default armor/ emblem are. All of my stuff is correct on here. Anyone have any other ideas?

Restarting the game used to work, but now it does absolutely nothing. I stopped playing today because of this, after restarting my game and xbox for about 5 times I had enough.
It’s extremely annoying seeing as during a warzone match you can’t call in any req’s or even change your loadout.
Quite infuriating having to walk around with a assault rifle and magnum while everyone else is running around with better weapons.

Yeah there are all kinds of issues right now, the website is not even loading correctly at the moment.

Every monthly drop, this happens. Give it some time and it will fix itself. I would recommend doing a cold boot with the XBOX, after things get reset.

Yup, same here. Infinitely retrieving data.

This worked. Turn off your console. Unplug it from the wall for a couple seconds. Plug it back in and away you go :slight_smile:

Yea everyday when I get home from school it says I can’t access online modes it only lets me on about 9 but tonight it wouldn’t let me on AT ALL
