Wondering if anyone else has had issues when they try to redeem the codes for the terminals on halo waypoint. Whenever I try I get an error message from waypoint. I’ve tried clearing the cache in my xbox but still cant access it. Any ideas?
Along with clearing your cache, did you try deleting & redownloading the Halo Waypoint App?
If that still doesn’t work, you can go to the homepage: http://www.halo.xbox.com/ and then where it says your name, click the drop down menu, where it says Career Overview, left click and hold the mouse button in and drag it off to the right, it should reveal this: http://gyazo.com/88d1cdacdef7cf2a750df3a3059a5c65
Click it and choose the ‘Recover Data’ option and you can enter the codes just like on the console app.
Have you found all of the terminals in-game? You must first find the terminals in-game before you can put in their code.
None of that worked, I finally got it to work. I had to unplug my kinect from the xbox and then go into waypoint. Very strange, hope this helps anyone else that has had this problem.
I can’t get any of them to work. I found all the Anniversary terminals ages ago, but Waypoint says I didn’t find any of them. So, I wasted 5 hours running through Anniversary and getting the terminals a 2nd time (when I could have been gaming towards an actual achievement), while connected to Xbox live, and Waypoint still says I did not find them. The whole thing is glitched.
Scratch that… after trying unsuccessfully numerous times to enter the codes, I clicked reset terminal, then it accepted them. So it worked. Still frustrating.
