Hello,
I’m unable to receive the initial Notifications verification email from Halo Waypoint. The verification email is not appearing in my inbox. I’ve already checked my spam folder. I’ve tried choosing the option to resend the email multiple times from Chrome on a PC running Win 10.

It seemed to have been solved back in 2016 but this post has someone at the bottom of the thread from a few days ago with the same issue but the thread is now locked.
So, I’m starting a new thread to hopefully get this sorted out. I actually contacted Microsoft support on this issue already and they said they “refreshed” my account (whatever that means) and to try again, with no avail. So they directed me here… to the forums. Thanks Microsoft.

This is in regard to saving the settings. Which works fine for me. I’m not receiving my verification email, which I think is a separate issue akin to the post I originally linked.

The post specifically said, the e-mails were down at least temporarily

huh… I read through but didn’t see that part. Sorry about that must’ve missed it or misinterpreted it.
