Hi everyone,
I’m unable to receive the initial Notifications verification email from Halo Waypoint. I’ve tried three different email addresses, and the verification email is not appearing in any of my inboxes. I’ve already checked my spam folders. I’ve tried choosing the option to resend the email multiple times from Chrome on a PC running Win 7 as well as a Windows 8 phone using IE. I can’t get activity updates until I get my email verified. Is there any way to resolve this?
I am experiencing the same issue. I tried using Chrome on Windows 10 PC and Chrome on Android with no luck.
ye same here tried everything but still no email dont know how many times iv pushed the resend verification email lol. hope they sort it soon.
I tried resending a couple times yesterday and letting it sit overnight, but I still don’t have the verification email.
Ran a test on this earlier and can confirm the same thing - not getting the verification email. Passed it on so that it can be looked at

No i still aint got anywhere with trying couple of times a day its so frustrating, hope they get it sorted soon.
Email verification is finally up and running, thanks 343 for sorting this out checking if its up multiple times a day is extremly frustrating.
Can confirm, I tested this there and immediately got an email. Thanks for fixing

Just a quick follow-up:
I received the verification email about two weeks ago, but have not seen anything since (Spam folder is also empty). Currently, I’m signed up for daily notifications. Do these emails only go out when there is news to report?
Have you followed that particular topic? You need to do this or you won’t receive notification emails
Ah – that was the issue. I thought I had selected to follow a topic, but it appears as if the touch-screen didn’t register it the first time around. Thank you!
