dear 343i support staff. This is the 3rd time I have reached out to you. Please respond this time. Each time I try to purchase a REQ pack it get an error message that reads “sorry you’re not eligible for this one”. PUR3000 6b2e24bb-fdd6-44a0-ae71-43659927b1b0

I think that might be an issue to take up with Xbox Live support - they generally handle the purchasing / billing / account side of things

I’ve been experiencing a similar problem while trying to get the Arena bundle. I’ve found that buying the pack from the Xbox Marketplace rather then the ingame store seems to work.
