On the website for Spartan Assault located at ( https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/games/halo-spartan-assault/xbox-one ) it says the following:
“Fans who have purchased Halo: Spartan Assault for Windows 8 or Windows Phone 8 prior to December 15, 2013, will be eligible to purchase the Xbox One and Xbox 360 version of the game at the discounted price of $4.99 each!**”
I checked my purchase history at the microsoft commerce site and according to my history. I purchased Spartan Assault for windows on 7/19/2013.
Yet, when I just tried to purchase it on the website, it only allows me to purchase it for 9.99
Can someone look into that for me?

Have you tried purchasing it via the xbox console store as opposed to via the website? It shouldn’t make a difference as far as I know, but couldn’t hurt to check if the console store gives the correct pricing.

i gotta be honest. the lack of response is kind of offensive in a support forum.
I think it might be best to contact Xbox Live Support on this one, as they would have access to your accounts and be able to tell you if anything is wrong. if you have Twitter, they’re usually pretty quick to respond or use the live chat system on their website. Billing and account / store related queries usually go to them
