As the title says, I tried to purchase the recently released Arena REQ Bundle but it says that I’ve already purchased it, but that definately isn’t true as that was the first time I attempted to purchase it, I don’t have any of the content that comes with it unlucked (don’t have Mark V Alpha), and the purchase doesn’t show up in my account history. I’ve tried several times, closing the game and restarting, turning the Xbox off then on, nothing different.
I think the issue may have been caused when my brother on his account purchased it and for some reason my account thinks that I’ve also purchased it as well, which is wrong as I haven’t spent any money, and thus is thinking I’m trying to perform a second purchase. I don’t know if thats the problem but that is what I think it is. I’ve tried removing all his account details from my Xbox and uninstalling and reinstalling the game but that hasn’t changed anything. So I’m out of ideas what to do.
Any kind of help or responce would be greatly appreciated as I would like to purchase and gain access to this REQ Bundle rather than it sitting there taunting me.

I just figured out a small solution. I went and purchased the REQ bundle through the xbox store on my pc, just go to the home page on Halo waypoint and click on the Get Your Arena REQ Bundle. So I finally have it, but it’s kinda annoying that I went through so much to finally get it. Still it’s a bug that at least affects more than one person that needs to be looked into.
I would not even buy it since people are having issues with the previous REQ pack. Don’t give 343 anymore money they don’t deserve it.
