My friend is unable to play Warzone or any arena match in Halo 5. He has uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times, power cycled his Xbox one each time, and is still unable to get into any game with a party of friends or alone. Each time we all join a fire team we all get into the lobby, then the lobby takes about 5-9 minutes on the loading screen and finally it launches. When it does it kicks him from the lobby and lets everyone else join. The really weird thing is that he is able to play custom games with us and every other game he owns work flawlessly.
So to recap…
Issue: He is unable to join a Warzone game or Arena game. The warzone or arena game will attempt to load but after several minutes will launch and just kick him out.
attempted solutions: Uninstall/Reinstalled game 3 times, Power Cycled, Checked his port forwarding information and ensured it is set for Xbox Live.
Any help or useful information would be great.
On a side note 343 Why do you not have an actual online support like Microsoft or well any other company? This Forum support is…not great. I feel it is a very poorly implemented “support” structure. Going through the sections I don’t see many response from any actual 343 support staff other than “have you power cycled it?” Not to say you are not hard at work attempting to fix the issues listed here, it just seems very impersonal and like you don’t take our issues seriously.
And not to leave on a whiny internet nerd note I (personally) am having a wonderful time playing halo 5 both warzone and arena! I placed Plat 1 in slayer and break out and Onyx in swat. Thank you all for your hard work and thank you for halo 5.
