Ever since I updated the dashboard any attempt to use the online component of Halo 5 has been met with
Attention. Could not find a server that was suitable for all members of your fireteam.
I’ve tried re-installing, restarting, turning off the power for 10 minutes then restarting etc etc.
I thought it may have been an issue with the patch that came out roughly two weeks ago but I assume there would have been a patch for it by now.
Anyone have a solution for this?
Edit: I should’ve noted, I’m in the UK and have -Yoink!- Media as my broadband provider
Hi I’ve had this problem last week, I’ve bought the Xbox One and installed Halo 5, played some campaign then when I was trying to play multiplayer this error appeared.
After some hours of headache finally I’ve found the solution:
- open your NAT
- if you’re using ethernet cable, disconnect it and use wireless connection.
- set static IP and type the same code on gateway, DNS 1 & 2 ex. 192.168.1.1.
1 more thing: have you got the disk or the digital copy?
However, i have the disk and this worked for me.
Hey just tried switching over to a wireless connection and that seems to have cured it without changing to a static IP.
Yeah I’m running on the disc version too. In a separate note I’m not sure why 343 aren’t bothered about helping people out when their game bugs out, so thank you very much for the advice! 
343 support sucks, however Halo 5 is a great game but i miss Bungie

hard disconnecting the Ethernet from back of boxstep 3

turning xbox on

signing in to your account on dashboard.(I have auto signed in turned off, did this because me and my girl share boxes, im sure this makes no difference but if you feel it makes a difference, try it.)

boot halo 5-done-I done this multiple times now to know it works… I did have it not work maybe once or twice, all I did was repeat, and try again.Ive done it enough to where I can possibly make a video, if I get enough requests ill make one,(although I dont think its necessary.)Its a HUGE issue, I hope 343i acknowledges the issue.
