Unable to Play Matchmaking

Hey, everybody!
I finished Halo 5’s campaign last night, and decided to hop onto multiplayer this morning, but whenever I try to click on a Playlist (Arena or Warzone,) the game keeps prompting me with a message saying that I’m ‘Unable to connect to the Halo 5: Guardians Lobby Service’. I was just wondering if there’s any way that I can fix this?

Yes. I’ve closed the game multiple times and tried it again, but that hasn’t worked either.

What country are you in? could be a server issue.

I’m in the UK. It most likely is. I’ll give the game a little break for now, come back to it later and see what it’s like.

Yeah, servers are working fine for aus/nz. well for me anyway.

I have this problem as well. I’ve tried reinstalling the game, deleting my saved data, removing my profile from my console and hard resetting the system and I keep getting the same error message “error authorising user with Halo 5 services. You will be unable to access online modes.”

My friend played multiplayer this morning and the only servers he can find are American, we’re in Australia.

I’m sure it will be sorted soon, I’m from the UK also and have been playing for the past 2 nights without any server issues.

UPDATE: I closed the game down, then disconnected my Xbox from my wireless network and then reconnected and did a network connection test, (if you’re using an ethernet then just unplug it and wait 30 seconds before reconnecting and then run the connection test), and then restarted my Xbox and everything is working fine now. I hope this is able to help people who have the same problem as me! Thanks for the feedback, guys!
