Unable to play halo reach anymore

Sorry I know there are other threads about this but I just had to add another one so that 343 might notice this issue…

I haven’t been able to play Reach at all for a while now. I’ve been super busy and now when I finally have a chance it just doesn’t work.

“Halo Reach Server is Unavailable”

My internet is fine (Telus in Canada) and I’ve done all the regular things (reset xbox/router/modem), and my NAT is open.

And I do think it’s an issue for 343 to fix because:

  • the Halo Reach server needs to communicate with your account to get your stats and acknowledge your eligibility to play matchmaking

If it can’t even get the connection to your account, you’re not going to play matchmaking.

So 343 please look into this. I was going to go buy Anniversary tomorrow, but now I won’t even think about it until this is fixed.

It seems there has been some network problems lastly, mostly for NZ/australia people.Even European people are having problems (booted mid game, banned for free, unable to play, server not available, anniv dlc not recognized, multiple black screens, and most of all horrible lag).In fact, I think non-US people have some trouble with this.
I guess 343 is trying to fix/improve this, but I don’t even know what they can do, maybe a ressource related problem…maybe game pop related problem…
Anyway, I know this can be very annoying (mostly when you have bought every DLC), all we can do is wait and hope it gets better or at least to have some reliable info on this (343?)…
