I’m currently enrolled in the Insider program for MCC and downloaded the game but it’s only 100MB and no updates are appearing for me at all. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, didn’t work. I’m completely clueless as to what I’m doing wrong here.

There is no content available for MCC insider on Xbox One at the moment.
All flights are currently over - there is a small chance they might do another before release.
But at this point, I’d just say wait until December 3 and play when it comes out.

Ohhhh okay, I didn’t know. Thanks for clarifying.
I extremely doubt there will be anymore flighting for Xbox One unless they are going to be adding new features (or content) that is not available on the Xbox version to test until later in 2020. At this moment all flighting will be on PC for a long while.
