Well, I’m on Week 2 of being unable to play my Halo 4 multiplayer and campaign due to the title update a couple of weeks ago completely borking my game. 343 knows the issue exists as it is listed under their “Issues Being Investigated” thread, but is it really that difficult that we can’t get an update on the situation?
I’ve got a map pack I can’t play, a Campaign that won’t load, multiplayer matches that take me back to the beginning once the countdown timer starts, etc. and no one seems to have an answer. What’s the deal?

There is only one way to reset your profile in order to allow it to work and stop this but it is illegal so you’ll have to wait for them to fix the game… whenever that is.

I’m not trying to do anything illegal. I just want to play the game I enjoyed a couple of weeks ago. I’m thinking that I’m not the only one experiencing this issue and having to sit around for two weeks waiting for a response from 343 and / or a fix.
