Unable To Play For Three Weeks; Any Fix Yet?

Well, I’m on Week 3 now of being unable to play Halo 4. In summary a title update three weeks ago completely botched my game. I’m unable to play multiplayer. I’m unable to load Campaign.

Multiplayer will go through the motions, get to the countdown timer and then take me back to the beginning.

Campaign loads up to about 33% and then goes back to 0%.

I’ve tried deleting the title update, re-installing Disc 2, installing Disc 1 (doesn’t work), etc.

I was hoping that 343 had released a fix at this point before the holidays. Is one available or am I going to have to wait for another couple of weeks, at least through New Years?

I can only suggest clearing your cache mate, although i’m sure you’ve tried it :frowning:

Hate to say but, you may need a new box to play halo 4. I dont know specifically how it could have, but I know computers, like the human body, can have problems and still function. Its possible the patch perma jagged your box.

This sounds like a fairly isolated incident… While Ive heard of others having problems after updates, this is the first Ive heard of inability to even load the game… If your disks work on other boxes, Im not sure what else to think. Especially if other games still work fine too, and having done everything youve done.
