Good morning.
Quick question that might resolve your issue, were your screenshots taken while you were logged onto Xbox LIVE? If they were taken offline, the File Share system will not allow you to upload them due to the way it was designed to prevent modded content from being uploaded onto the File Share. Secondly, do you have Xbox LIVE Gold? Not having that will prevent said photos from being uploaded.
If you did take the said screenshots offline and have Xbox LIVE Gold, If you have the footage yet, take the screenshots again in theater while logged onto Xbox LIVE. I hope this helps and have a nice day now.
