I started up my game today and the first the it said before message screen was unable to retrieve stats. I emediatly restarted my console and when i got back to the home screen it didnt say that message anymore, so i went to warzone and tried to click on that and it said unable to match. So i thought to myself this is a network error. (Btw i have cable connection)So i decided to see if it was the halo network or mine so i put in black ops 3 and emediatly found a search and destroy game, played the match without a problem. After the game i decided to restart my router because that could be the solution, after i restarted my router i put back in halo and tried to play warzo e and it is still saying the same thing. On a side note i downloaded the reclaimer stats app on google play a couple weeks ago and in order to check your stats you have to sign in to your actuall microsfot account through the app so i did and that was ok, i checked the app yesterday to see my stats and aessage came up and said something about a fake stats site on the net that got shut down because it stole people microsft account info and it wouldnt let them play on halo 5 anymore, the developers message explained that his app is different and he can assure that wont happen. Maybe the person -Yoinked!- my account on halo? Maybe it is halo 5 servers? Someone please help…
It is working now. All i did was go to store and wait till it stops loading then backed out and went to warzone again and found a match instantly… halo 5 servers are weired af
