Whenever I try to find a match it says 'Unable to match, there may not be enough players to support a game in this playlist. Please try a different playlist.’ After I got this message after 3-4 minutes I try to find a game again and it works, not all the time but often. It’s just very annoying waiting 5 minutes between each game before it finds one.
It only does it when I play around 1-4 PM there is no problem when I start playing at 10 PM.
Any ideas or are people having the same problem?
It might have something to do with rank? I was Champion last season and now I’m Onyx.
Lots of EU players are reporting this issue since the recent server changes. 343 have obviously goofed up. I have fantastic internet, an open nat and even unranked playlists are affected.
I’m in the UK and never had any issues at all prior to these “server improvements”, I could find matches in every playlist and very quickly too. BTB is impossible to play because it just searches until it times out every single time until the “there may not be enough players” message comes up, which is obviously false as there are certainly 15 other players searching. The only way I can find matches at all is playing with my american friends, since their servers are unaffected. This is not a fix however as it is extremely restrictive. I don’t always want to play with other people and my friends time zones differences aren’t exactly flexible either
343 need to seriously sort this out. So many people unable to play or enjoy their game because of their server tinkering. Even worse that they don’t even moderate their own forums and their support section. What purpose does the support section serve when they don’t actually give or any support or hire staff to do so?
Just let me play the game like I used to 2 weeks ago. I blame those guys over on the EU server megathread, moaning over connection issues which were never massive issues in the first place. They’ve gone and made the game literally unplayable for a lot of us

Try saying that in the “EU mega thread”.
I will say it again, We asked to be able to CHOOSE our server, this is not what we asked for. Don’t make stuff up and try and put the blame on us.
