Hello 343 - I’m still trying to resolve my issue and help others who seem to be having the same problem.
This is not the region based issue others are reporting about because I’m in the United States.
Issue: I’m unable to play team arena and breakout solo.
I get the unable to match error and this occurred after the initial 10 rounds, after being ranked.
Troubleshooting
Steps I’ve tried:
1.) Hard rebooting the Xbox - unplug, plug back in
2.) Delete and reinstall the game,
3.) Verified all ports required are open, NAT is open, etc. on my router.
4.) Log in with my account on another Xbox, on a different network with a different internet provider at a friends house
5.) Delete save game file
Have not tried:
1.) Opt out of preview program
I am in the preview program and have heard this might be causing the issue.
I’d be willing to leave the preview program if that’s the case.
What I think the problem is related to:
I believe this issue has to do with a ranking system bug. I won 6/10 of the initial team arena matches, got ranked bronze 1. I won 5/10 of the initial breakout matches and also got ranked bronze 1. For these two match types I now get the unable to match error when queuing solo. (Note: I am able to play by joining friends fireteams)
SWAT I was ranked silver 3 and can find and play games no problem. I’ve read others posts on the forums describing similar issues after being ranked high or have a high CSR, but that’s not the case here.
I’d love to get this issue resolved. Anyone with advice or knowledge of this issue please help or advise.

Completed Team Arena (Feb Season), see stats. 2/24/16 - 10 games
Gamertag: Crainbox
Region: North America - US - Missouri
Quality of match feedback: Unable to match after initial 10 games.
Team Arena and Breakout both unable to match after initial 10 rounds queuing solo only.
Issue started in Jan Season and carried over to Feb Season.
