I’m logged in just fine - as I’m posting this message - but when I click the ‘Your Halo 4 Stats’ link I just get the Windows Live log-in screen with a blank password box. I enter my password, it shows the loading screen then reverts back to the log-in page. I’ve tried this both at home and at work. Exactly the same. I’ve completely logged out, cleared cookies - still the same. How can I fix this?

Same here.
I can log into XBL just fine - not with Halo Waypoint or erratically it logs in. Then I click on another page and I am signed out.
In Safari, I can log in for stats, but can’t log into Forums. It runs me through the same log in window as XBL, but never accepts my credentials.
To post this I had to use Google Chrome, but Google Chorme has a bug where whenever I log into Halo Forums, the CPU spikes to 170% because it’s updating something on screen rapidly. And if I switch to different Forums like Halo 4 or Halo Reach etc., then I have to sign in again.
I have ZERO problems doing the same things on Bungie’s Destiny Site and using my XBL credentials with any browser or any platform I choose to browse with. Their site works wonderfully.
Maybe 343 should hire some real Web Developers whom test on more than 1 HW platform and one browser than just a PC running Explorer.
Same here live account is working fine it appears to just be the halo 4 stats i even tried denying app.halowaypoint permissions to my account and re added it to no effect.
Yep, something is down and/or being worked on. I have the same issue. Other community stats sites are having the same issues, something at Waypoint obviously.
I’m sure they’ll sort it out ASAP.
Same issue here, every time I go to look at my stats I need to enter my password, I do so, it starts to load the page, then I need to enter my password again. Going round in a loop really.
Mine is all ok now, working fine. I logged out, cleared browser cache and then used the stats login prompt and all successful.
Give it another try now and let us know how you go.
I have two laptops. On my first laptop I can log into the Halo 4 Stats no problem. But with my second laptop I won’t let me view my stats

Made ZERO difference.
Nothing has changed on my end, so obviously they are still screwing around. Last week I couldn’t open 2 browser windows / tabs at a time - which eventually got fixed.
Would those of you experiencing this issue mind sharing the following?

Anyway can see recent games now in waypoint, but its been unreliable for a few weeks now.
So for you info:
OS = Windows 7
Browser = Chrome V 30.0.1599.10
What i did = Log back out then in, restart browser, restart Machine, clear cache, Wait several hours etc.

I’m pretty sure this is a Microsoft issue. I’ve been getting problems on Xbox.com too (tells me my account doesn’t exist O_o), and you log in here on Waypoint with your Microsoft account.
Hi, I have the same issue for 2 or 3 days now. I didn’t do anything special before this error happens.
I don’t have time to see the error code, I’m quickly redirected to the login page. I can try several times, it doesn’t change anything. I did not try to clear the cache and all the stuff though…
If it can help (both are not working):
At home: Windows 8.1 / Firefox 25.0
At work: Windows XP / Chrome (don’t know the version)
Each time I click on Halo 4 Stats, I have to log again, but it never works. I have to point out that the “Your Friends” panel is not working either for me since that error happens.
But I highly doubt it has something to do with the browser or the OS version we use.

Mac OS X 10.6.8/ 10.7/10.8/10.9 MBP 17" i7 Laptop, Core duo Mac Mini and 10.5.8 G5 dual core PowePC Mac.
Safari - multiple versions from 5.1.1 to 7.0 and the latest version installed for each OSX variant. Some are listed as not supported when i access the WayPoint site, some aren’t. If I use a hack to fake out the browser id type query, well then the Waypoint site accepts all Safari Browser and works fine.
Google Chrome Version 30.0.1599.101 on OSX 10.6.8 is accepted as a “good browser”. However due to some weirdness in H4 site, Chrome is using up 180% of my 200% multi core CPUs with some run away Java Script just sitting on the waypoint web site.
Safari is hosed and can not sign in at all. Each time i access Waypoint, I sign in and it prompts me for my name and password. I enter it, the MSLive window goes away and WayPoint refuses to accept the credentials.
Yesterday, when I went from Forums to Career Stats for Reach, it was signing me out and then would refuse to sign me back in. Today I sign in once and it sticks for today. Tomorrow likely no browser will work - who knows what will be changed.
These issues only started this week. Prior to this, my browser could sign in when I accessed the sites automatically for any browser I used. Now it’s totally erratic as to what it will do next.
Secondly 2 weeks ago, I could not open multiple pages at the same time in any browser on the Mac, even if I alt clicked on a URL. This does not happen on any other web site except WayPoint. That cleared up this week, but now log ins are all screwed up. Did MS outsource their web development?

Steps taken: I would log into my Halo Waypoint account and I would click on “Your Halo 4 stats” The second I would, it would just keep bringing me to The microsof sign-in page over and over again.
Even after a few days I can’t view my Halo 4 stats, and I’m using the latest versions of Internet Explorer and Firefox on both Windows Vista and Windows 7.
To those of you who have already provided information, thank you, this will help us find the root of the issue.

Currently the only problem that I have - and it’s one I’ve never encountered - is that my profile will not stay logged in. Each time I close the browser and re-open it, I have to log in again despite having the “remember me” box checked.
