I’m trying to access my bookmarked gametypes and maps, but I’m getting the error “Unable to retrieve data. Please ensure your privacy settings allow you to view content from other players.” Is this a common problem, and does anyone know a fix for it? I looked at my console privacy settings and nothing has changed. Everything is pretty open. I’ve never had this error before.
Update: Everything seems to be working again. I didn’t do anything, but after coming back to Halo the next day it returned to normal.

Cribbed from another thread.
bookmarked gametypes will break from time to time. to prevent this, befriend the gametype creator and go to their ‘files’ instead of 'bookmarks. in files, select the gametype and press ‘y’ for file options. ‘save as’ under the same name, and now the gametype should be loadable at all times.

Will that fix the problem of me having none of my bookmarks available from gametypes or maps? It’s not just one file.

It solved the issue for the guy in the thread I cribbed it from. You can try it and if not either use the search bar to find threads from someone who had similar issues or try the support forum yourself. I added a couple links to threads that might be relevant.
