So I’m not part of the Insider Program & I don’t know if that matters but I am completely unable to load ANY ODST content be it in regular campaign or in a campaign playlist. I’ve already un/re-installed ODST separately & un/re-installed MCC as a whole & neither has fixed the issue. Anyone know what’s going on with it? And how to help?

When you say load, do you mean you cannot see ODST listed in MCC?
Shut down MCC > go to the store page of ODST and click on ‘buy’ / ‘Play’. Does that launch MCC?
When you are on the main menu, browsing campaigns - is ODST listed as installed?

I mean I’m in-game looking at the campaigns & campaign playlists. I installed ODST when it came out & have had it ever since(except for when I uninstalled it and/or MCC to try to fix this issue) but when I try to load up to play ODST it loads up from the menu but as soon as it takes me to the still-image screen with the loading bar at the bottom of the screen it won’t load up & I have to dash-quit to get out of it. And if I’m trying to play co-op with my friends in ODST it’ll insta-crash my game when I get to that part & my friends will finish loading up but then the game would insta-crash for them as well because one of the players who was in the game with them isn’t anymore.

I got past this sort of load-freeze by pressing the guide button and then clicking on MCC from the list of recently launched apps. This will re-focus the game and trigger a load. At least it does for me.
I suggest trying this Solo first. Co-op is a whole other can of worms on the MCC.

So I went to go load up a playlist & try your suggestion out but for whatever reason I didn’t need to, the game loaded up on it’s own. But I’ll keep that in mind if I ever come across this issue again. Thanks man!
