Unable to Launch the Game

Hello, I tried to launch my digital copy of Halo: Master Chief Collection yesterday and was greeted with the error "Please try again, That did not work for some reason. (0x80070057) After speaking to Microsoft for over an hour on the support chat they have redirected me here. Some of the things we have tried to do to fix it are:

  • Full Power Cycle- Deleting and Redownloading my Gamertag- Clearing Persistent Storage x3- Clearing Alternate Mac adress- Making sure I have open NATAfter doing all of these steps I was told an other option would be to re-download the entire game. This is not really something I can do as my connection is not great and it took forever to get the first time around. I asked them if it was possible for refunding of the digital copy or a replacement send out as a disc instead to limit the amount I would need to download and they said I have to let my problem be known and seen by you before anything else can go forward.
