Looking to see if anyone else is having this issue. Here are my specs : Intel(R) Core™ i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.20 GHz , 16.0 GB, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 with Max-Q Design. I fully updated my drivers and windows but when I hit play on steam, I get a black screen for a couple seconds. Afterwards the game closes without me doing anything. I just received my key from a friend today and installed the game. I appreciate anybody that has the chance to help!
The beta isn’t live at the moment so maybe that is causing it?
Hey thanks for the reply, thats what I was thinking after doing some research. I wanted to make sure I wasnt having some kind of issue. I heard that you can still play against bots outside of matchmaking, but Im guessing that wont be available until this weekend either.
Right now I can load the game but not login past the home screen. If you cant even get to the home screen it might be an issue with your system. Make sure your power settings are set to high performance, and check whats happening in task manager to see if your CPU or GPU is bottlenecking. Also try verifying your game files as many crashings be caused by bad game files.
edit: nvm. saw a mod post saying this is expected behavior while the flight is offline.
