Since launch I’ve had a lingering issue with joining games either by myself or with others. The only game modes I am able to play are theater and solo campaign. I have learned when I am not going to be put into a game, the final bar does not start filling in. I am then put back into the select playlist zone and then a few seconds later the message in the title of this topic appears.
I have done the usual “Did you try turning it off and back on” business so I believe it is not something my end as sometimes going into theater and leaving would allow me to play.
I have exactly the same problem and i cant find a solution

I have the exact same issue. Identical to what you described. I bought the digital version of the game so I deleted, then reloaded the game. It did not fix the problem. I talked to xbl support and was still not able to find a solution.

I’ve had the same issue, I haven’t tried going to theater to fix I’ll give that a go but yes this issue sucks.
I seem to have fixed the issue. I had DMZ set to my xbox’s IP cause port forwarding didn’t seem to do the trick, so I removed DMZ and I’m getting into games just fine. Hoping this was the issue as I still have an open NAT and it hasn’t given me a problem yet. No clue if you guys had the same situation as I had but it may be a router settings issue.
