Unable to join Companies

I have not been able to join spartan companies since they came out this is because it says i have a child account however my microsoft/xbox account’s birthdate is 1996. How can I fix this? I have gone onto microsoft help chats and nothing has been changed

Please don’t revive old topics :slight_smile: Read through this other post: https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/forums/8f4648981f554a9d86527a5754966e89/topics/can-t-join-a-spartan-company-at-the-right-age/d94c089c-a774-4e71-9520-1d6a9e43f943/posts as it applies to your situation. If you still are uncertain of what we can do to assist, feel free to create a new topic. Essentially, from what I understand, the birthday used to sign up for your XBL account needs to be 18 years old in order to join Spartan Companies. Even if you change the birthday on the account to the year 1800, the original one will still be the one that needs to be 18.
