I have the halo wars 2 Ultimate edition which I uninstalled due to the game not being able to launch. When I tried reinstalling it gave me an error code Code: 0x803F8001 so i contacted Microsoft support and they took remote access of my computer and spent 1 to 2 good hours trying to fix the problem but they could not identify the problem. So I completely reset my computer and tried to install the game but still I am unable to install the game. Anyone got any solutions to my problem
You didn’t have to reset your pc because It’s a known issue, it’s a problem on their end.
Oh I had not known that, but when will the problem get fixed?
We don’t know, no answers from the dev either. Microsoft support told us that is the dev responsibility, they can do nothing.
