I am unable to hear any of my teammates, some are asking if I am deaf and telling me to stop calling out in text chat. Sometimes I hear teammates their voices cut in and out. there is constant issues with this game people tampering and being malicious targetting me but I get no help, my tickets will be updated in two days saying test on the new season let us know but some of these issues happen few and far between and are never actually solved. when I die or something terrible happens then they will be like ‘oh we should have helped’

What platform are you on? Not like we can provide much in the way of suggestions without basic info like that.
A callout isn’t voice chat, a callout is where you’ll see the player’s gamertag. On that note the voice chat has always been kinda crappy, but threatening to kill yourself over this issue is just being dramatic. I can’t tell you how many of my issues remain unsolved, and I’m still here.

I didn’t threaten to kill myself I was referring to the constant issues and targeted attacks I’ve been recieving I’m not stupid I don’t want to die though I do not fear it or anything it’s just annoying that people can freely do what they want and nothing is done I’m not saying they aren’t trying to prevent it but close only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades.

Also I was referring to voice chat call outs of enemies locations on the map from my teammates.

I’m on Microsoft store digital purchase on PC and I honestly don’t believe there’s anything you can help with the game is riddled with bad apples roaming freely
Sounds more like a problem with your Mic or wifi, if I’m being honest.

The headphones work fine I hear some games perfectly people making calls and it could be my poor connection I don’t have wifi or Ethernet but like I said I hear everything in some games and others nothing

Hi Op,
Since no one is trying to give you a solution I will help you out since I had a similar experience.
This is a consistent issue in this game for some people. All I can recommend is checking your accessibility and audio sections of the in game settings and toggling the various communication settings on and off. Particularly look for the button command for team speak. Turn it off.
One way of telling if you’re going to have a zero communication match is by verifying if the speech bubble appears when you’re talking.
To test this just simply speak when in lobby, before you begin your search for a match.
If the speech bubble shows up while you talk then you’ll have no problems, if it doesn’t then you can expect that audio team speak glitch to happen.
Solutions:
- You can do a hard reset.
- Or mess with your audio and accessibility settings in the game to hopefully toggle a change. There should be a setting to toggle team speak using a button command. You should turn that off.
