Over the past week or so whenever I search in the H2C playlist I am unable to find players. I have searched for up to 30 minutes at a time with no luck. No indication that it gets past the searching for players stage. I have searched in team slayer and anniversary rumble without much problem, finds players within a couple minutes every time. My NAT is open also. Hopefully this is a known issue. I have heard other people say they cant find game in the same playlist also, as well as BTB. I haven’t tried BTB myself.
The main game that I want to play online is Halo 2 classic, and at the moment its not possible unless I do a custom game. This has been an extremely frustrating experience.
UPDATE: Able to play now!
After looking for help from around the internet I have found a solution that works for my problem from a reply on a reddit post I made.
Solution:
First make sure your xbox is set as your home xbox ( for instructions http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/games/my-home-xbox )
Next simply use a different xbox live account or create a new xbox live account Using that new account you can (hopefully) play in the playlist that was previously not finding players.
May not fix your issues but worth a shot. Certainly not and ideal solution and something 343 needs to look into if not already known about.
