Whenever I click Profile from my waypoint, the website always crashes no matter what I do. “Unable to reach website” error always appears. Halo waypoint Admins please assist in these issues, thank you.

I have tried on other devices and computers with similar issues. My computer/browser is not the issue. I’m still awaiting a response.
Hm, this is a strange one. When I try and go to your profile, I’m immediately redirected to my own. Haven’t been able to replicate that with any other profiles so far. Hopefully the dev team catch this one

Hey that’s weird. I get redirected too. Odd.
Hmmm. Going into this. Stats for his games arnt showing up either. This led me to check his Xbox profile. And I cant even view his Xbox profile on Xbox.com. This makes me think of this being a privacy setting issue maybe.
Zethriel please check your privacy settings on Xbox. If they are set a certain way. It might stop this place getting the info it needs to properly make an account. So make everything less secure.
If that doesnt fix this. Then well its not a Halo Waypoint issue. Its a Xbox Profile issue. And well that cant be solved here.
But im able to see my stats and stuff through halochannel App on my iphone.

Can you test on another site, you don’t need to post there just see if your profile fully works and see if you can simply look at everything like your profile and so on.
I would try The Forza Forums. For this.
This is to see if its a xbox.com issue or a Waypoint issue as if there is a error or you cant view something there its a xbox.com issue, if there is not a issue there then it is possible its a Waypoint issue.
I will post my own look-over of stuff.
Just first log into Xbox.com this means you can view everything with ease.

What I am asking from that look over is can you see your account on Xbox.com. In any way shape or form.
If you cant see your xbox.com profile nor can you see your profile on another site. Then it is a Xbox.com issue and then its recommended to contact either
The Xbox Support Forums(Though this might not be possible if your account is being weird but I would try it)
Or the official Xbox support Twitter
Linky to the twitter handle.(Most recommended, they are very likely to get back in touch with you)
If you see your profile on xbox.com, but cant see your profile on another site then my hunch of privacy settings being too high may be the solution. And I would personally try and change a couple of them from Blocked to Friends or Everyone. If the problem persists I would try and contact the links above. They can help a lot more into the situation.
If you can see your profile on xbox.com and on another site. The forum team will have to check this problem out.

I havent changed my gamer tag at all. I checked my privacy settings and its not private, i tried other forums and it works. It even works on my halo channel app on my phone. So i dont really know whats wrong.
I sent it over to the appropriate team and it looks like they’ve fixed it!

I do wonder what happened though that was a weird error.

Our spartan company isnt able to edit our name… and then we get banned… again
