I purchased the halo wars 2 ultimate edition for the play anywhere and redeemed it on the windows website so I could play the game on my PC. I already had an pre-owned edition that I brought last year and I saw the game onsale again so I wanted to play on my PC but I cannot download it for my PC it just prompts me to download it for my xbox one. any help? and though any other means it just asks me to buy the game again or from the my library on the windows store it tells me “Halo wars 2 ultimate edition doesn’t work on this device.”
My windows 10 is upto date and I have an i7700k 1080ti 16GB of Ram

EDIT: I went though the xbox app via searching and somehow it undone itself allowing me to finally download the game on my PC.
