I am unable to receive my Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition - Pre-Order. i was on with Microsoft support for 2 hours and the verdict was i did indeed buy the 109 dollar game(i have the transaction history). It is registered onto my account, but i am unable to select it or play it or download it. ( the store only says buy on both current versions)
