I am not being prompted to download the latest patch when I load up the game, any suggestions?
if you have automatic updates enabled and Instant On turned on, there is a good chance you already have it. If not, quit everything to dashboard, hold in the power button until the box turns off, unplug the power brick for 30 secs, plug back in and turn the box on, load the game and see if you get the prompt. You can also check your bandwidth logs in Network Settings for the last 24 hours and see if there have been any large downloads
