I have call Xbox and they couldn’t help me figure out why I could not download the Castle Map Pack.
When I go to the dashboard and go to games and then browse games. I see “Halo 4 Champions Bundle.” I select it and select “Get the Halo 4 Champions Bundle”
I can see the Castle Map Pack and see Halo 4 Champions Bundle.
If I select Castle Map Pack and go to details. Its says:
“IF you own the “War Game Map Pass.” DO NOT purhace the content here as you will be charged again.”
I go to the game itself (Halo 4), and go to xbox Live MarketPlace.
I have list of 16 of 16 items.
No where do I see the “Castle Map Pack”
I can list all 16 but I rather not. I see the Champions Bundle but no Castle Map Pack. Believe me when I say, it isn’t listed there. I even told the MS rep over and over several times, its just not there.
He stated he went to his Xbox they have and it should show 19 of 19 items when going into the Xbox live Market place within the game.
They made me delete my account and re download it again, clearing cache 3x, and multiple reboots. I tried redownloading the Map pass again.
Am I missing something, please help somebody.
