I am unable to connect with a friend of mine on halo 5 multiplayer despite both having open NAT and all connections good. We have followed all troubleshooting steps from xbox one chat support (SR#1327673712). The issue persists. We are both able to do all other online games individually or with other parties–just not with each other. This had worked fine before and the only thing that has changed is that I have moved when this issue started.
