My brother and I have been playing together since launch, he is on a gold membership and im currently using the two week trial however his account has suddenly stopped connecting to the halo 4 servers whilst mine is capable of connecting. We’ve tried using a guest account but it doesnt seem to work on an xbox live trial account. There have been no notifications of a ban and we haven’t done anything to have received one anyway. Any thoughts as to why my brother’s account is suddenly incapable of connecting?
Did his gold subscription run out?
It was meant to renew today. We did play earlier today and in account management it states he is on a gold account and that the subscription is due to renew in exactly one month.
Checked the game data and halo waypoint had a corrupted file so i logged into that with my brothers account and launched halo 4. Seems to be working now.
