I haven’t been able to connect to the lobby service for three days now. My friends can still play halo and I’m getting a bit annoyed that I can’t.
It won’t let me go into anything: co-op campaign, arena, warzone, custom game, forge or theater. Every time I try it gives me the message “Unable to connect to the Halo 5: Guardians Lobby Service.”
I can still access the requisitions and sell stuff!
Can someone tell me what’s wrong? I’ve tried resetting my internet and xbox.
I can play every other game I own fine, on my Xbox and PC.
I have the same problem.
Sometimes after I hard reboot my console for several times, it fix for a while.
Then, crash again.
I do not know if halo 5 is the worst halo I’ve ever seen, but I have to say that the halo5’s server is the worst and most stupid server in the world.
So I’ve tried resetting the console multiple times and it didn’t work.
Brought the console over to my parents house and it works fine there! Brought it back home and still can’t connect to lobby service.
Can anyone official confirm this is an ISP problem? Was on the phone to my ISP on Friday and they claimed it was my Xbox (which I argued it wasn’t). I’d like someone to confirm this is my ISP so I can call them and pressure them into fixing this. They did not fix it for me on Friday and kept using stall tactics.
I’m am having the same problem! I uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing. I signed out and back in, nothing. I reset my modem and router, tried wired and wireless, all with no luck but if I take it to work it works great. I don’t get it. I have played Titan Fall 2 and it works great, but when I go to get my halo fix nothing! Why 343 WHYYYY!!!
