Unable to connect to the Halo 5: Guardians lobby

Connection is fine, tried rebooting the game. Every time I click on Arena, Warzone, or custom game, I get a message saying “Attention: Unable to connect to the Halo 5: Guardians Lobby Service.” Service status on site says they are online, and people on Twitch are currently playing. Can someone help?

if you’re on sky it might be that sky shield is blocking you cause that happened to me

Having same problem, not on sky dont even know what sky is. Lol never heard of it

I also cannot connect. Nor can I interact with any of the requisition services either.

UPDATE: I can now connect to requisition services once more.

Update: It appears now that I have access to all services again.

I’m having the same problem. Is everyone having the issue part of the preview program with the new UI? That’s my first thought.

I can play on the campaign and use requisitions but I can’t get on multiplayer. It says “unable to connect to the Halo 5: Guardians Lobby Service” and I don’t have shy. Can someone help me out here?

Bumping so this gets more attention. Seeing the exact same issue. Restarting/reinstalling does not help.

Today was the first time I’ve had any problems playing online. I was able to play 2 matches of Arena with no problems before trying to do Online Co-op Campaign with two of my friends when I kept getting error messages saying that my account wasn’t authorized and now after 30 minutes I can’t even look at my online friends

Im having the same issue and it just started happening. Earlier this morning I played several games then something went wrong and now I can no longer play. This isn’t a problem with my ISP since several other of my friends are able to play. This seems like its happening to a lot of people and still no response from 343…
