So Its been a little over 24 hours since ive been able to connect to the servers, ive uninstalled halo and reinstalled it and still cant connect really hope 343 is working on this and has it resolved soon… It would be really nice if there was some kind of customer service I could talk to
I am having the same problem. Trying to play spartan ops but 343 won’t let me.
I had profile issue that put my SR rank back to 1, loadouts unavail, etc. i have a friend who now has it, cant DL new playlists, Sr rank is 1 and has serious problems joining other xbl friends.
I also have that problem so do alot of people.
Did yours just eventually fix itself?

Yes it fixed but it took more than a day. But I also work more than 40 hours a week and couldve been away for more than a day. Lets just say it made things unplayable for me with my buddies. I had to leave prematurely on a weekend and didnt comeback for awhile. It hasnt sprung back up though since and i have the new playlists from monday.

I’ve been having the same problem for the past 20 hours. Happened after I finished Spartan Ops episode 3, chapter 2.
I would just like some official acknowledgement from 343 or Microsoft that they are looking into the issue. Especially that it seems to be a pretty rampant issue affecting players, not all but enough as is.
Like everyone else, if I go to roster, I’m SR1, hub still has me at SR33. MP is limited, and loadouts are generic, and armor is default, once again while the hub shows everything where it’s supposed to be.
Just want to know what’s going on, and if they’re working on it…
omg 343… Halo 4 servers have been down for over 24 hours for me. Even Halo Waypoint is full of errors and this website says I have not played Halo 4.
Same problem for me, for 24hrs the server had been down and my rank is now SR1. I have know idea what to do other than play a different game.
I also have this problem. It is more then annoying. 343i has the worst servers in Halo history. This -Yoink- happens way to often and I’m sick of it. Fix your -Yoink- bugs, 343i!

I hate to admit but I miss Bungie. 
Finally when I got a day off work I can’t play Halo so it sucks. I have nothing to do. Also it says SR-1 on the screen and SR-19 when I press A on my Spartan card. My real rank is SR-105. so wtf…

It’s the same for me. I was disconnected yesterday at the same time.
It has been 24 houres it’s impossible for me to play on line… I’m SR-1 et impossible to play Spartan Ops…
So sad…
Same problem ,just able to play forge and campaign.
I´m angry , I hope 343i fix this problem fast.
