I cannot connect to the network on Halo MCC. I get an error saying unable to connect to network services. I cannot connect to Halo Waypoint on Xbox or PC either. I can connect to Halo Waypoint on my mobile. I have rebooted router and Xbox several times, turned off firewall, checked router settings and uninstalled the game completely with no change. Halo Guardians has the same issues. I can connect the Xbox to the network and play COD 4 no problems so I assume this is a 343 server issue. Have I somehow been blocked. Please help as I can no longer play MCC online.
After a whole day trying everything, I figured out that my ISP provider (Spark in NZ) had Netshield switched on to block adult, -Yoink!- and extremist content. It seems it was seeing Halo MCC as Adult content. I turned Netshield off and now I can get on line and reach Halo waypoint on my Wifi. Might help someone else…
