I’ve been trying to play social and/or ranked matchmaking games however when I tried to access them it brings up a screen title ‘contacting server’ with a message stating ‘ contacting server to get the latest matchmaking data. Please wait’
I then go on to the network settings through the halo game menu, and once I go across the tab a new message points up with the title ‘network error’ with a message stating ‘unable to connect to network services. Please try again later’
Now i tried on my original xbox one and got both messages and the other day I got a new xbox one x and downloaded the game again and still get the same error code…so I know it can’t be the fact there’s something wrong with the Xbox.
i have open NAT, my internet is working perfectly and I can play on everything other game online that I have, yet, they aren’t the ones I want to play…HALO:THE MCC is the game I want to play, so 343, please tell me why your ruining the halo experience and give me a solution to my problem please?!! I’ve been trying over a week, with two separate consoles and have still no had any success!
Does the halo halo community have a solution to my problem? I’ve looked all over the internet and tutorial videos but no one has a solution that I can find! Someone or 343 please help!
