Unable to connect to multiplayer

Whenever I load Halo 5 I get a message telling me that i can’t be connected to lobby services (so I can’t access multiplayer, reqs or even my service record). Any idea what’s going on, or if this is affecting anyone else?

Try a hard reset of the console by pressing the power button for 10 seconds,letting it completely turn off, then turn it back on and try again on Halo 5.
