“Attention! Unable to connect to the halo 5:guardians lobby service”
Please tell me if anyone else is getting this samw problem? First i wasnt able to join any matches except slayer, arena, and warzone, and now this?

I have it since the update i cant play online atal on halo 5, Sick to death of attempting to fix it myself but i have had no success ive tried everything i could on my own side it must be a problem on there side.

Same problem, they didn’t had enough taking oyt the split screen, now se can’t play online… Really 343 it’s a shame…
Hi, Just got a new Xbox One and Halo 5 on disc. Install was fine and all network connections verified as working (Fifa 16 works on line) but I am getting the “attention unable to connect to the halo 5 guardians lobby service”. I was done everything to resolve this, deleted and reloaded game etc, but still no joy. I have also spoken to my ISP - UPC / -Yoink!- who have said that there is no issue. Any help would be appreciated.

The game is great with alot of potential, but the company gives little attention to customer support… many complaints have been posted yet no updates have been made except maybe one every 2 months telling us that theyre looking in to it. But thats it, we have no idea whether or not theyve made progression. Although lobby services are back up for me, i get dropped from games quickly! I was hoping to get to diamond on slayer but as soon as i was plat 6, 2 games got dropped as well as 1 very lagged game in which we barely lossed but resulted in me going down to plat 4. Also i can only play slayer and arena now, nothing else. Every playlist says there are not enough people playing the playlist, wtf you mean to tell me that there arent 7 people in my region that plays swat? Or breakout? The game came out not too long ago!
Oh btw the lobby services came back on when i logged myself out and back in. Im ot saying it will fix anything but i did it and it kinda worked.

This worked for me as well… signed out of my account and back in and went straight into lobby.
Same here and it for some reason deleted all my progress I completed campaign then it was all gone same with arena and warzone but it still shows on this website I am really confused

Solution that I tried and worked for this problem is to restart the console then sighn in again and join a friend only then it should work at least I don’t think you have to do the join a friend step I hope this helps you guys out and that you found it useful.
I’ve had the same problem and have tried both solutions in this forum with no luck 
I had an error saying I was unable to connect to Halo 5 Guardian servers tonight as well, it wouldn’t let me into any lobbies apart from solo campaign. It showed my service record, but wouldn’t load any of my other info from the Spartan hub (armor, load outs, req store etc). I had as much as two hours set aside to play and earn my daily reqs, and all I could do was campaign! Anyone have an explanation?
